-Art Gallery-

In this post, I discussed a little bit about APAs. One of the many things I liked was the opportunity (and inspiration) to try doing different things. Heck, I even wrote a handful of poems that were rather good. Another thing I enjoyed doing was giving some exposure to talented friends and acquaintances, so in my regular zine, Radar Love, I sometimes ran art, poetry, stories and essays by others.

Here are a handful of images that I scanned a few years ago, from my days in Imaginapa. Some by me, some by others. Click to see full size.

Radar Love #9 front cover, by LtJG Russ Nemec (1989)

Radar Love #10 front cover, by me (1989)

Radar Love #12 front cover, by Rikki Hanson (now Midtgard) (?)

Imaginapa mailing #105 front cover, by me (9/92)

Radar Love #? back cover, by me (1990) – “Johnny and the Cumstains” was a fictional garage rock band of massive mediocrity, invented by my friend Tom Nordlie. I used to write fake interviews, “news” clips and other coverage for the readers of Radar Love. This is a fake advertisement for a fake reunion fake album.
